What do you have to say for yourself, Mr. Frost? It was chilly and cool outside, as the sky began to turn orange. Caleb pulled his cloak closer to himself and continued walking down the irregular little stone path that fell between the greenhouses. His herbology class was over for the day, but he'd always liked the subject, and he needed to do a little looking around for his test that was coming up.Everyone else was at the grounds anyways, and nobody in their right mind went to the greenhouses after hours. Besides, he wanted an excuse to go outside. He'd always loved the outdoors. Starting with sandboxes and mud wars, he'd graduated up to organized sports, hiking and fishing. Upon moving to England, things changed a bit. He was living in Liverpool now, but he'd lived in at least four different places since his arrival on the isles when he was eight. He missed the States a lot, even though the country held a lot of painful memories for him. His memories here weren't too much different than the ones back home, excluding one very important person. He opened up a creaky glass door to the third house on his left once he was satisfied with himself, and went to examine the screechsnaps in the corner.

lyra elizabeth marcello this isn`t a good idea, Lyra, really, you`re such a silly girl.. c`mon, its the best way to get better, after all Herbology is-- your best subject.
Pushing hair out of her face Lyra grasped the edge of the pot in front of her. Dirt was overflowing the rim. She lifted the pot and slammed it hard down on the table and the soil evened out. She smiled lightly. It wasn`t much now but in a couple weeks the plant would grow and prosper. She picked up the little pot once more and brought it to the row with the others. 5th year herbology had ended already, but Lyra felt it was necessary to perfect her project.
Now I just.. clean up..
The bag of dirt was heavy. Perhaps too heavy for Lyra`s tiny arms were as strained as the could be without falling off. She took about two steps before slipping on a puddle of water on the green house floor. Next thing she knew dirt was everywhere. She sighed in disappointment, and through instinct began to scoop up the mess. It didn`t even occur to her that she could simply use a spell, though when the thought did come to mind, she could think of nothing. .. I`m too dumb.. at least not dumb enough to were my regular robes.. She glanced to a chair in the corner to see her second hand robes with her shiny Gryffindor Pin on it.
Half the dirt was back in its bag, before Lyra saw two feet standing in front of her place, kneeling low down on the floor.

TALLIA yallexTallia’s boredom overcame her duty to do her homework and study for any upcoming tests. She didn’t have the attention span to do any of that today plus she had to much energy to just sit around and do homework, study, or read about spell and practise them. The only thing she could think of was exploring the grounds and seeing if she could meet up with some of her friends, or discover something exciting.
As she reached outside the crisp air touched her face, rouging her cheeks. She rubbed her cheeks with her bare hands and pulled her cloak up to her chin. She didn’t know why she was so cold all of a sudden, maybe it was because she had thin bones.
She walked along the path, and saw people hanging with their friends, talking to their boyfriends, and she sighed. She didn’t know why she was wandering around by herself so often, she had friends… just not super close ones. Tallia sighed again as she thought of her home, where all her muggle friends were, and how much they missed her while she was away at ‘boarding school’. It was impossibly hard to keep the she was a witch a secret. She wanted to tell them more than anything in the world, let them wallow in it, see it and ask her about it, but she knew she couldn’t.
She kept along the path and saw the green house, alone and empty. She looked behind her, just in case anyone could see her entering the abandoned classroom. Was it OK that she was going in there without having class, but she shrugged off that though and realized, she didn’t care at all.
Before she let herself in, she creaked the door open, and called “Hello…?”

Caleb`s Maid Service
Caleb heard something hit the ground with a light thud. He looked over his shoulder from the screechsnaps to see a girl with reddish hair floundering around the greenhouse. It looked like she’d just slipped on something and dirt encased the entire floor – the whole place was an absolute mess, as was she, at the moment. Caleb went over to the girl and knelt down, taking out his wand and muttering a little spell. Her bag was already half full, but it was now full to the brim with topsoil in a flash. “You alright there?” He finally asked, which he knew was in truth probably a no. But some girls didn’t want help unless they asked for it, and he wasn’t sure about her. He’d help her out more with the bags if she wanted it. The door’s creak sounded again, and a feminine silhouette appeared in the doorway. “Hello…?” Caleb looked up for a moment and acknowledged her with a nice little “Hey”. You can’t do too much wrong with “Hey”, he needed to meet new people and there were two right here in front of him. Meeting people wasn’t worth it if you gave a bad first impression.

lyra elizabeth marcello “You alright there?”
"Thanks to you," Lyra say, getting up off her knees, relieved. "I`m used to doing things the muggle way still, unfortunately."
She took off her dirty gloves to reveal her tiny fingers. She held a hand out to the boy, feeling it very necessary the know the name of the boy who relieved her of all that dirt.
"My name`s Lyra," she smiled at him, and suddenly became very aware of the dirt on her face and the frizzy curls that rested on her cheeks.
“Hello…?”
A voice came echoing in from the door. Lyra looked to see a girl taller than herself with long dark locks of hair. The contrast was unusual to Lyra, but still pretty. The boy acknowledged her as well and Lyra realized how stupid she must look with her hand out like that.

TALLIA yallexTallia opened the door wider, and saw two people standing together. A boy and a girl. The boy muttered a ‘Hey’ and the girl said nothing, did nothing but look at her. Tallia stood there awkwardly, she hoped she hadn’t been intruding on anything… but she kind of did. Two people shouldn’t be doing anything in a greenhouse, how strange would that be? “Am I interrupting something?” Tallia asked, stepping back into the cool air for a minute, then she stepped forward.
I don’t care if I’m interrupting them, they shouldn’t be in here… doing things. Tallia thought to her self, and blushed as she looked down. She was quite embarrassed to have walked in on them, but it was possible that they weren’t doing … things.
Tallia looked up from her shoes and smiled a small smiled. “Well… um, I’m Tallia.” Tallia introduced, as she bit the insides of her mouth. She really hoped they weren’t going to kick her out for intruding on them or anything, it was a mistake really. In her head she planned all the things she was going to say if they tried to kick her out. She’d tell them to do things somewhere else… what ever they were doing.
She thought again, and thought maybe they weren’t doing anything. Quickly she told herself to stop thinking and let them say if she interrupted or not.

*insert avvie here*
Caleb told you already, we didn't start the fire! “I’m Caleb,” He smiled back warmly, “Be careful, m’kay?” He joked, and noticed she had her hand out. Well, he didn’t expect that. He took it with a grin, and noticed she looked a bit self-conscious. Girls were always weird like that, it seemed. He was the only one in there, and he wasn’t exactly the most important thing on the planet. “Now you’re acting like you just fell again,” He teased, trying to put her at ease with some mindless banter. Then, the female shadow girl spoke. “Am I interrupting something?” Okay, maybe he wasn’t the only person in here anymore. This person seemed to be hinting that things got a little… dirty, which they kind of did, but not in that sense at all. “No.” He explained in a perfectly normal way, which was the exact truth. A silence fell between the three of them. Things then proceeded to get really, really awkward. “Well… um, I’m Tallia.” Tallia spoke, breaking the ring of silence. “I’m Caleb.” He said, looking completely free of nervousness whatsoever.

lyra elizabeth marcello started the fire! "I`m Lyra," Lyra chimed in once more awkwardly. She felt the tension in the air. She supposed that`s what you get when you through 3 strangers in the same room.
She pulled off her gardening smock to reveal her gray hogwarts sweater. She did the same with her dirty gloves, and folded both neatly, letting them rest upon her arm. Figuring that there was nothing left to say here, she began to walk backwards to the rack of smocks.
"Really, it was fascinating meeting the both of you," she chatted, cheery eyed," But I really must be going.. I have.. homework and such to attend to, tests to fail, things to study, owls to feed, things to--" She was cut off by the noise of her small shriek, she had tripped in the same puddle, though this time she didn`t have a soft bag of soil to land in.
Not this again... how clumsy.. ow.. that really hurt Really hurt didn`t cover it. She had landed right on top of her right hand, crunching it into the unforgiving floor. It feels.. bad..

TALLIA yallexTallia looked down at her shoes then back up at the two people standing in front of her. ‘No’ the boy replied and Tallia smiled lightly. At least they weren’t doing anything…. Or so she hoped anyways. “Nice to meet you Caleb” Tallia said with a smile on her face, and turned to the other female in the room. She was curious to see what she was going to say, if she was going to get mad at what he said… maybe they were in fact doing something, then she‘d run out embarrassed that he didn‘t want anyone to know about their ‘exclusive‘ relationship. Tallia looked down at her feet again and giggled to herself. She really needed to stop imagining things that were false.. but maybe this thought wasn’t.
‘I’m Lyra’ the female named ‘lyra’ replied, looking just as awkward standing there as Tallia had felt walking in on them “Nice to meet you as well.” Tallia said, as she twirled a dark lock around her finger, thinking once again. She bit her lip, and looked up. The tension was so think in here it couldn’t even be cut with a chainsaw (muggle object)... or a strong wizard spell.
Bringing herself out of her imaginary world she saw Lyra, excusing herself, and Tallia felt extremely guilty. She HAD intruded on something, they must have been doing something or she wouldn’t have left so fast, right after Tallia introduced herself. Tallia scratched her head, but then realized that Lyra said ‘It was really fascinating to meet you both’ and Tallia laughed aloud. Her accusations, in her head, were completely off. She watched quietly as Lyra tried to exit as she tripped in a small puddle and came tumbling down to the floor. Tallia gasped, and clapped her hand over her mouth. “Are you alright?” She asked her, in a squeaky voice.
