Max Reed
Max walked into The Three Broomsticks, ignoring that he couldn’t walk 4 inches without running into someone. He was lucky though, he found a table with minimal people, and sat down, even if the person didn’t want him sitting there. Max just didn’t care what people thought right now.
He ordered a butterbeer, knowing full well he should NOT have one, but hey, it was life. While he waited for his drink to arrive, he people watched, knowing some faces, and then not knowing others probably he didn’t have any classes with them. He could probably place a name if he got a closer look at them, he was awesome at names.

Peyton Kieth
Peyton walked into The Three Broomsticks with her head fixed on the floor. Immediatly people started bumping into her, making her uncomfortable. Why did she choose to come here? With her books held tight to her chest, she began to look around for a place to sit. There weren't any empty tables. Great, just great. Sighing she headed the table with as few people as possible. She was biting the inside of her lip so hard that she was drawing blood. Someone asked her if she wanted a drink, but she just shook her head no, not saying a word. This place was too crowded for her.

Peyton Kieth It took a minute for Peyton to realize that a guy was talking to her. Her tooth was still hooked to the inside of her lip, the taste of blood disgusting her but she ignored it. When he started waving his arms, she knew that he wanted her attention. "Peyton," she said in a near whisper. Then she realized that there was no way he had heard her. So taking a deep breath, she sat up straighter and yelled. "Peyton." Just loud enough for him to hear. She looked back down, playing with the paper edges of her book that lay on the table.

Peyton Kieth When Max yelled his name back to her, she simply nodded before looking down at her book again. It was closed, so there really wasn't a point in her having it. This place was too loud to study. People were shoving against her back, giving her a sick feeling in the pit of her stomach. But it was when she felt a cold liquid make contact with her lap and the bare skin beneath the heam of her skirt that the sick feeling moved up to her chest. Someone muttered a quick apology before hurring away from her. Peyton simply nodded again before grabbing napkins and trying to clean up the mess in her lap.

Peyton Kieth Taking the napkins from him, Peyton gave Max a small smile of thanks. She silently thanked him for not reaching down into her lap and trying to help that way. That would've only added to her nervousness. When he suggested they go outside, Peyton immediatly stood. It was quick, and she probably looked too excited. But she just wanted out of this over packed place. The body heat was suffocating her. She still didn't say a word as she waited for him to lead her outside. Peyton was a follower. Not a leader. She didn't have enough guts to be a leader.
