"Yeah, that's exactly it." He looked at her impressed. Mostly the girls he knew, with the exceptional few, didn't know a thing about what he was talking about. It seemed like she kinda had a clue, at least about progress. And he knew that he couldn't find the perfect chord, it would take a long time, but that was okay. He was all about perfection. He wished he had his bass right now, he missed it dearly. It was quite pathetic when you missed an object that couldn't breathe.
"Well, any kind of dancing." He shrugged. Well, formal was easy, especially slow dancing, that was insanely easy. But he wasn't so good at freestyle, he just couldn't dance. But when would he ever have to dance? Really, he never liked dances anyways.

Peyton Kieth He seemed impressed and this made Peyton smile. "I'll make you a deal." She said with a slight smirk. "I'll teach you to dance, any kind of dance you want, if you play me a song sometime. But it has to be one you wrote. Not some song that your favorite band plays." Her smirk turned into a playful smile. "Alright, I'll see what I can do." Something told her that teaching him to dance would be extremely entertaining. Just something about him said that he would be a funny student.

Peyton Kieth "Alright, sounds like we've got a deal then." Peyton laughed slightly. Why, she wasn't so sure. Nothing was really funny. Except maybe the fact that she had just made a deal with an almost complete stranger. She had seen him before, but never talked to him or knew much about him. Hardest first? Oh that would be very interesting. "What do you think the hardest would be? It's different for everyone. My hardest could be your easiest." She shrugged slightly, running her fingers through her hair before resting her hands in her lap.

Peyton Kieth She laughed, then nodded. "Alright. But just because I don't get my end of the deal when you get yours doesn't mean I'll forget about it." She eyed him, as if she was sizing him up. But there was a smile on her face. It was basically the only thing that let him know she was messing with him. "I still get the song." Peyton smiled. "Alright, we'll start with my hardest." Her hardest was flips. Somehow she figured he would end up changing his mind when she showed him. It would be interesting though. As long as he didn't break his neck or something. That would be very very bad.

"You'll get your song." He smirked. It was only fair, and Max was a fair guy, mostly. There were some days that he wasn't fair, but that was only towards slytherins, he wasn't a big fan of those guys, and she was not a slytherin, so he didn't have to worry. "Even if it takes me years." He stuck his tongue out at her, it wouldn't take him years, he just liked to tease.
"What's your hardest?" He asked, wondering just what he was getting himself into. It could be anything, even something that might get him killed. Although he was usually one to take that chance. He gulped quietly as he waited for his answer. He wondered what on earth it was.

Peyton Kieth "If it takes you years, I might just let you get away with it." She smiled, returning his tease. Well as best as she could anyways. That was the only comeback she could come up with at the moment. "Am I going to stalk you until I get it?" There, that was better. "Flips," she shrugged. "I'm not a good jumper so I never really get the heighth I need." Peyton looked over at him, sinking her hand into the deep grass as she did. "Other than that, I'm fine. At least in the flipping area. It's easier when yo flip off something that's raised off the ground. Like a chair or something."

"If it takes you years, I might just let you get away with it." He smirked at her, a playful response already forming in his head as she finished her sentence. "Well then, if you say it like that, maybe I'll take until the end of time." He stuck his tongue out at her, totally joking. "Nah, I wouldn't take that long. I'm a man of my word." Mostly anyways, there were times that he said a little white lie, but that was when he needed to get his ass out of trouble, which was a lot. But whatever, same thing.
"Am I going to stalk you until I get it?" This made him laugh. That was a better comeback he had to say. "You may have to." He made it look like he was thinking, but really he was laughing inside. She would get her song, right now he was thinking of the chords deep in the back of his mind, he was just that good. Although sometimes he would have to redo a part, but that didn't matter.
"Flips," she shrugged. "I'm not a good jumper so I never really get the heighth I need." His mouth hung open. Flips? He had to do flips? That was hard, he could break his neck, but it was worth the risk. If he didn't right he could show off his flips and bam, flip right off those diving boards at the pools. Oh yeah. "Other than that, I'm fine. At least in the flipping area. It's easier when yo flip off something that's raised off the ground. Like a chair or something." He still was weighing this back and forth. Well, if he was on a chair, he wouldn't have a greater chance of breaking his neck right? "Well, let's do it." He grinned. He liked a challenge anyways, might as well.
